Data deletion

Open the relevant brand, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Search Console, and choose Delete imported data. After explicit confirmation, Rolino disconnects Google Search Console and permanently removes its credentials, selected properties, sync history, normalized search signals, derived opportunities, generation records, and evidence snapshots for that brand.

Saved idea text and drafts remain, but their Search Console evidence is removed and cannot be restored. Choosing Disconnect instead only stops future access and synchronization; it keeps existing evidence snapshots readable.

Open the relevant brand, go to SEO Intelligence → Settings, and choose Delete imported data. After confirmation, Rolino removes the managed external-search connection, normalized estimates, derived opportunities, affected weekly reports, SEO settings, competitor choices, and report subscriptions. Saved idea text, drafts, and the separate Search Console connection remain. A private monthly aggregate spend record remains for the active cost-control period and contains no search query, competitor domain, provider response, or credential. Older project spend rows are removed.

Open the relevant brand, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Analytics, and choose Delete imported data. After confirmation, Rolino removes its credentials, selected GA4 properties, sync history, aggregate signals, derived opportunities, generation records, and evidence snapshots. Saved idea text and drafts remain.

To stop Rolino from accessing a connected social account, sign in, open the relevant brand, go to Settings → Integrations, and choose Disconnect for Instagram or TikTok.

Disconnecting removes the active access and refresh credentials and connected profile identifiers stored by Rolino. It does not remove posts already published to Instagram or TikTok. Delete or edit those posts directly on the applicable platform.

Workspace owners and administrators can open Settings → Brand and choose Delete brand. Rolino requires the exact brand name as confirmation. This permanently removes the brand's Rolino workspace records, including its drafts, schedules, connected-account credentials, and saved work. Content already published to a third-party platform is not removed from that platform.

Complete account deletion is currently handled by a verified request during the hosted beta. Email privacy@getrolino.com from the address associated with your Rolino account with the subject Data deletion request.

Please include:

• the email address used for Rolino;
• the workspace or brand name, if known; and
• whether the request concerns the entire account, a specific connected platform, or imported Search Console data.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or copies of identity documents unless we specifically request a safe verification method.

We will acknowledge the request, verify that you control the account, and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. We will remove hosted account and workspace data, connected social credentials, uploaded media under our control, and active agent credentials.

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they rotate out. We will explain any applicable exception in our response.

If you remove Rolino through Meta, Instagram, or TikTok settings, the platform may revoke Rolino's access. To ensure data stored by the official Rolino service is deleted as well, follow the hosted-account request above and identify the connected platform and account. If you joined only the Rolino waitlist, email privacy@getrolino.com from the address you submitted and ask to be removed. We will also send the request to the waitlist provider when necessary.
