It uses your brand and website, with connected performance data when available. You can review and edit each draft. Approval and publication follow the settings and permissions you choose.

SEO Intelligence helps you find opportunities to improve your website's search performance. It uses connected Google Search Console data to show search queries, pages, and changes in performance, then helps you turn those findings into tasks and content ideas. It supports your decisions; it does not guarantee search rankings.

A workspace holds your team, billing, and shared article credits and storage. A brand has its own business context, content, and connected social accounts. Your plan sets the number of brands and the account limit for each brand. Hosted plans include unlimited team members.

Yes. You can connect multiple TikTok accounts, Instagram accounts, or other supported accounts under the same brand. Mix platforms or use several accounts from one platform, within the account limit shown on your plan. Each account uses one place, and you choose the exact accounts for each post. A connected account belongs to one brand within a workspace.

No. A disconnected account still uses a place. Use Release from brand to free it when no unfinished publishing work blocks release. Rolino keeps its publishing history. Reconnecting the same retained account does not use an extra place.

An article credit pays for the first successfully generated and saved AI article draft. Credits are shared across all brands in your workspace. The pricing table shows your plan's monthly allowance. Manual writing and editing, social posts, scheduling, and publishing do not use article credits. Failed generation attempts do not use credits either.

Current hosted plans include 3 successful regenerations after an article's first generation. These let you generate a replacement draft without another credit, even when your workspace has no credits left. They stay with the article across monthly resets. Once they are used, each further successful regeneration uses one credit and requires your confirmation. It does not add another set of included regenerations. Deleting an article does not refund used credits, and copying it does not copy its regeneration allowance.

Credits reset each month on your workspace's reset date, including on annual plans. Billing shows that date in UTC. Unused credits do not carry over. Changing your plan or billing interval does not reset credits already used or reserved. If a lower allowance is below your current usage, new charged generation waits until credits are available again.

Used credits belong to successfully saved results. Reserved credits are held for generation that is queued or running so two requests cannot spend the same credit. Available credits are what remains. If an attempt fails, its reservation is released. At zero available credits, you can still edit, schedule, publish, and use any included regenerations left on an article while your plan access is active.

Not yet. White-label branding is an upcoming optional feature planned for Growth and Agency. It is intended to add your customer's logo, footer, and branding to approval messages. It is not included as an available feature today. Pricing and a release date have not been announced.

Rolino supports Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile publishing when enabled for your workspace. You can review each post and adapt its caption and media for the connected channel. Check Integrations in your workspace for current availability.

Article delivery needs a supported publishing connection. Check the available destinations in Blog Settings before you plan to publish. Where direct publishing is unavailable, use a supported export and publish through your website editor. Preparing a draft does not change your live website.

No. You can start with your brand and website and work in Rolino yourself. Google Search Console and Analytics are optional sources of performance evidence. An AI agent is also optional; you choose the access it receives.

Rolino shows the content, destination, and timing for approval. You can edit the draft or leave it unpublished. If you authorize an agent to approve or publish, its access is limited to the permissions you grant.

When a free trial is available, it starts when you create your first brand and needs no credit card. The current trial length is shown with the plans above. At the end, choose a paid plan to continue publishing. Your existing work stays available to read.

Yes. Manage your subscription in Settings, then Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See the billing terms for payment and refund details.

Founding provides Starter's benefits at a discounted price for the first 50 paid workspaces. The price lock continues while you remain on Founding, including a supported switch between monthly and annual billing. Scheduling a cancellation does not end the lock early. Once cancellation takes effect or you leave Founding for another plan, the lock ends; resubscribing does not restore it.
