One business. A connected workflow.

From café website to a calendar of useful articles.

Follow Sunday Coffee through the work Rolino brings together.

01

Give it your business. Skip the blank brief.

Start with your website and brand context. Rolino imports your existing content, so the plan can build on what you already publish.

Set up the website and choose your content direction once. Rolino uses that context for the work that follows.

Let the first draft write itself.

With your site and plan set up, Rolino automatically prepares due articles. It generates the draft and runs quality checks before it saves the result for review.

Article structure, search metadata, and internal links stay with the draft. You can edit the result before it is approved.

Every article gets an image in your style.

Upload one style reference for your brand. Rolino generates each featured image to match it, for articles you prepare yourself and for automatic ones, so the whole blog keeps one look.

Add optional image direction for a single article. Each image is reviewed and approved with its article; saving a style does not change existing images.

A steady publishing rhythm, without daily reminders.

Approve the finished content and choose when it should go live. Rolino handles scheduled delivery to your configured blog destination.

You control approval and publishing access. An authorized agent can handle those steps too; planning a date alone does not publish anything.

Editorial plan

Planned dates guide preparation. Only approved, scheduled articles are queued to publish.

Everything in Blog Studio

Plan, write, approve, publish, and measure in one place.

Each step uses the same brand context, so you never brief the same business twice.

Plan

Know what to write next.

  • Website import

Rolino reads your existing pages so new topics build on what you already publish.

  • Brand context

Your business, readers, and voice come from Brand Settings and carry into every topic.

  • 30-day editorial plan

A calendar of article ideas on the weekdays you choose.

  • Search evidence

Connect Search Console and Analytics to base topics on your own search and page data.

  • Refresh existing pages

Improve a page that already ranks instead of creating a competing URL.

  • Replacement ideas

Reject an idea and get one new topic for the same date, checked against your calendar and site.

  • Weekly plan health

At most two suggested topic changes a week, each one for you to review.

Write

Drafts arrive ready for review.

  • Automatic preparation

Rolino prepares the next due article on its own after setup.

  • Quality checks

Each draft passes structure and editorial checks before Rolino saves it.

  • Your brand voice

Drafts follow your saved voice and avoid repeating topics you already cover.

  • Search metadata

Search title, description, and slug stay with the draft.

  • Internal links

Links to your own relevant pages are added to the article.

  • Rich text editor

Edit headings, lists, quotes, and links without Markdown syntax.

Images

One look across the whole blog.

  • Featured image generation

Rolino generates a featured image for each article, including automatic drafts.

  • Brand style reference

Upload one style image for the brand. New images follow its look, colors, and texture.

  • Image direction

Add an optional note for one article, such as the scene or subject to show.

  • Alt text and review

Each image has alt text, and approval covers the exact image with its article.

Approve and publish

Nothing goes live without approval.

  • Exact approval

Approval binds the exact article revision and image. A later edit needs a new approval.

  • Approve and schedule

One action approves the article and queues it for its publication time.

  • Publication calendar

See planned, scheduled, and published articles in one month view.

  • Delivery status

Each article shows whether its delivery is queued, published, or needs attention.

  • Revision history

A published revision stays live until an approved replacement is published.

  • Markdown export

Copy or download the article as Markdown and record a manual publication.

Measure

Learn what each article did.

  • Performance observation

Search impressions and clicks for each article at day 28 and day 56.

  • One next action

After day 28, Rolino suggests one plain-language next step from the article's own evidence.

  • SEO Intelligence

Search Console opportunities feed back into later plans.

Automate with agents

Optional. You choose the access.

  • MCP, CLI, SDK, and REST

Let the AI agent you already use plan, draft, and check Blog work.

  • Three access levels

Review required, Agent approval, or Full publishing, set for each credential.

  • Preview before action

Agents preview every schedule, approval, and publication before they execute it.

Publishing destinations

Publish where your site already lives.

Rolino delivers approved articles to your own website. Your site keeps its domain, design, and navigation.

No direct connection yet? Copy or download any approved article as Markdown and publish it in your website editor.

For developers

Your own CMS? Receive articles by webhook.

Rolino sends each approved article to your HTTPS endpoint as a signed JSON event. The body is Markdown, with the title, slug, metadata, and approved images in separate fields.

  • HMAC-SHA256 signature on the raw body
  • Stable event IDs, so a retry never creates a duplicate
  • Draft, publish, update, and unpublish events

FAQ

Questions about Blog Studio.

Does Rolino publish articles without my approval?

No. Rolino prepares drafts automatically, but approval and publication are separate steps. You, or an agent you gave publishing access, approve the exact article and image before it is scheduled.

Which platforms can I publish to?

Next.js sites are supported today. Astro, WordPress, and custom webhooks are in early access. Shopify is in development. You can also copy or download any article as Markdown and publish it yourself.

What format does the webhook send?

A signed JSON event. The article body is Markdown in the markdown field, with the title, slug, description, tags, author, canonical URL, and approved images as separate fields. Each request has an HMAC-SHA256 signature.

Can Rolino make images for my articles?

Yes. Rolino generates a featured image for each article. Upload one style reference for your brand, and new images follow its look, colors, and texture. You can add a short image direction for one article, and you approve each image with its article.

Can I edit an article before it goes live?

Yes. Edit it in the rich text editor. Every change makes a new revision, and a change after approval needs a new approval.

Where do article topics come from?

From your imported website and brand context, plus Search Console and Analytics when you connect them. Topics without search evidence are marked as ideas to test, not as proven demand.

What does an article cost?

The first successful draft of an article uses one article credit from your plan. Editing, scheduling, and publishing do not use credits, and failed attempts are not charged.

Can my AI agent run Blog Studio?

Yes, if you allow it. Connect an agent through MCP, the CLI, the SDK, or the REST API, and choose Review required, Agent approval, or Full publishing for its credential.

Does Rolino guarantee search rankings?

No. Search and AI discovery depend on your content, your website, and the systems that surface it. Rolino helps you publish useful articles consistently.
